All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.   • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). ADJUSTER ACADEMY OF TEXAS reserves the right to change course dates, pricing and its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Return/Cancellation Policy:

    CLASSROOM BASED INSTRUCTION: Registration fee is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your scheduled class less a $50.00 processing fee. All requests of refunds MUST be made in writing by emailing us at registration@adjusteracademysa.com. If cancellation is not arranged PRIOR to 7 days before your scheduled class, registration fee is NONREFUNDABLE. However, we will allow you to come to our next scheduled class and a $50.00 transfer fee will apply. Please note: A transfer to a new class date does not reset the 7 day cancellation window.  To re-schedule to another class, please email registration@adjusteracademysa.com. If re-schedule request is made in writing PRIOR to the 7 day window no transfer fee will apply. If class cancellation is due to storm deployment of instructor(s), then 100% refund will be made. Minimum class participation required. Students are solely responsible for any and all travel arrangements and their cost of travel. If any class is cancelled for any reason, then the Adjuster Academy of Texas will allow the student to either attend another schedule training class with notification and/or issue a refund to the student. Refund for a cancelled class will be limited to the actual price paid for the class by the student.

    ONLINE BASED INSTRUCTION: You have the right to cancel your registration prior to initial login to the training website. Requests for cancellation must be made by contacting Adjuster Academy of Texas by phone or email. The full tuition less a $50 processing fee will be refunded. Tuition may also be applied to any future class. ALL Online training registrations are valid for a period of at total of 180 days from the date of account creation unless a time extension has been approved prior expiration of the current registration period.  The time/date extension will be for no more than one (1) additional 30 day period only.  No student user account will be allowed to remain active after 7 calendar months from the date of creation. If no activity has been associated with an account for more than a period of 90 days, the student registation will be considered forfeit and the user account will be deleted.  Online course refunds will not be granted once the user logs into the training site provided at registration.
